Penguin Cuteness

Paper craft inspirations is out again this month with some very festive ideas which are both cute and some more traditonal.  As always the printables are available online the papercraft inspriations website where you can download them for freeeeeeeee

This month I had the opportunity to work with the gorgeous and very cute Penguins!  I chose to make a easel card, I added flowers with snowflakes in the middle to give it a festive feel.  I am not one for traditional colours at Christmas so I used pink and blue.  I have used vellum for the hills as well as some of the decoration.  Making the mini bunting is so easy with scraps of paper and some twine.

Thanks for popping by I hope to be able to catch up with some blogs soon, its half term here so we are busy out and about.

Sparkles Monthly Challenge - Halloween

Afternoon all.  We have a new challenge this month over at
Halloween

Yep its nearly that time of year again when the pumpkins come out, kids get dressed up and we have trick or treaters at the door.
I am not a big Halloween fan, so for this theme I did a friendly felt bat who is called Stitch

He isnt scary and my son loves him, I created the pattern myself and then stiched him up, the wings can fold over his face for sleepy time

If you would like to join our challenge this month then you could be in with the chance of winning some lovely digi images from

If you would like some more inspiration then hop on over to the Blog and check out the other DT's fab work.  We are a multi crafts challenge blog so your make doesnt have to be a card it can be anything.

See you soon

Paper Craft Inspirations - Santa

Morning all, the new issue of Paper Craft Inspirations came out just over a week ago, it has a fab freebie as always and dont forget that you can go to the paper craft inspirations website to download fab digi images templates and lots more!

For this issue I tested the gorgeous Santa Digi's and they are FAB they print beautifully although I did add a little extra shading with my Pro Markers.  If you arent confident with stamping and want to make some gorgeous cards with a Santa theme then this is the digi for you.

I kept my make clean and simple as the image really does all the work, I added presents to santas sack by slitting a line and then adding some little bits of card with twine wrapped around.  Glamour dust always adds a special touch.  And of course if you know me you know I adore retro spot so had to add a bit of that paper this time.

Go check out the website as there really are some fab ideas there as well as in the Mag.
catch you all soon
