Little Princess

Oh I have been busy lol this is my 3rd Post today and I still have more to show you!  I hope to be posting regularly now so with out further ado here is another card I made using a lovly image sent to me by Cheyrl if you havent been over to her blog yet then please go pop by and say hello!

 

I love this image you can find it at Charmed cards, papers are papermania signature range, ribbon is from Cheryl , the flowers are poly foam which are so much easier to work with than paper ones, the little crown is from my stash. I used foam pads to mount also. I have coloured her with promarkers and water colour pencils, finally I used chalks to shade around the edges.

Another challenge

I have made another card for another challenge woo hoooo it is so lovely having a bit of time to myself. 

This card is for the Stampin Sisters In Christ Challenge Its a fab sketch, so brilliant I actually made 2 cards but I will show you the other in a mo.  Here is my card for the challenge

 

 

Papers are from the docrafts goody bag a while back not sure what they are but I love them.  Ribbon and little heart gems are from my stash.  Stamp/image is a Tilda, coloured with promarkers.

The Scripture for this weeks challenge was Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
I wanted to share this one with you, I think it means a lot to so many of us!  For me it means a great deal as, for the past 8 years I have been at home with my children and now they are all in school and I have no idea what I am going to do with my days, some thing I have worried about a little. I would love to go out and do some thing, but I have no idea just yet but I know the Lord does, I just need to keep reminding myself of this!  Any how, Get on over to this lovely challenge blog and have ago!

 I did make another card following the same fabby sketch but with out a stamped image.  Here it is:

 I used some paper mainia flowers (3d), ribbon from my stash those papers from that docrafts goody bag lol gems from my stash and I used papermania chalks to shade the edges.

Sophisticat Challenge

I have been trying to catch up on some crafting, now the children are all at school (whoop whoop) I have some much needed 'Me' time.  My Youngest is still doing half days but will be starting full time soon, I really dont know what I am going to do with myself but I really do want to try and concentrate on my crafting!

Soooo with that in mind here is the first challenge I have taken part in. Over at Sophisticat Challenge Blog the challenge this week is to make any kind of wallet, here is my take on that.

I have used my fabby new papers from the Papernania signature range, paper mania chalks in neuteral around the edges of pretty much everything, papermania gems, all ribbon amd bows are from my stash as are the images which may or may not remain they are there just as a aexample of what can go in this wallet.  I havent written anything on it as I am not sure whom it will go to as yet.

Update

Sorry I havent been around much, my youngest has started school for the first time this week and is only half days so there has been a lot of walking to and from schools as my other 2 have started back too.  My youngset has had a great week although they did lose him for a while as he decided to go hide in the puppet show stand with the curtains closed, when they called him he didnt answer, so there was a search party sent out to look for him and of course the last place they looked was in the puppet show stand.  He had a frim telling off and hasnt done it since lol  They have found that he is a bit of a climber and mischivious lol

I have had a award given to me by the lovely Cheryl, Thank you Cheryl I will get around to popping it up at some point and passing it on to my lovely followers!

I have managed to make 2 Atc's and a card but thats it, things are just too hectic at the moment to sit down and do anything else and my mojo is some what lacking.  Hopefully I will be back on top form when all the kids are settled in school and I can be left in peace.

I have been blog hopping but havent had much time to stop and leave comments but I promise I will be around soon to look at your creations!

Anniversary today, here is the card!

I didnt think I was going to finish this as its been a pretty rubbish, busy week but I managed to spend a couple of hours crafting away yesterday.

The idea came from a lovely lady called Tree on the Docrafts forum and I am so thankfull to her for giving me the idea.

I have used poems and pictures, also in the little pockets are things like 'our' wedding songs & private messages that I wont bore you with hehehe...... I have popped a little bit of tin around them as Tin symbolizes 10 years.

I am glad to say he liked it and spent a while just looking at it and reading everything, he was impresed that I got the date right too rofl, I am so terrible with dates!

We are off to spend the day together just doing what ever we like, my sis in law is coming over to look after the kids as I have 2 at home still they dont go back to school until next week!

Will be back soon with some more creations when I get some time, I have 3 guinea pigs arriving tomorrow for a holiday with me so I have to prepare their cages and I also need to paint my shed, seems autumn has come early this year!
