Here at last are some makes from this week the pics arent great as 1. the light is still terrible here and 2. I think hubby has been fiddling with the camera for his 'snow' pics!
Anyway here we go with the first its a thank you card. I have made it using a gift bag that I have chopped up. It had lots of lovely giesha girls on so I thought I am going to use that! I have used backing paper from dove craft I think, I know I have had it for ages and never used it but I think it goes so well with these little ladies!
The flowers are from my stash prima ones I believe, pearls from some little boxes of goodies I bought at caroles crafts and the skeleton leaf is one from hobby craft. Ribbon and any thing else is from my stash.
This is a tag I made using the same bag, its for a forum swap called All Wrapped up, as I have used a gift bag instead of wrapping paper (which all went in to the recycling bin ) I thought it would work just as well. I decoupaged the geisha girl and have used the same papers as before but the flowers are paper mania as are the gems and I have added colour to the edges with Tim Holtz ink. Ribbon is from my stash.
This is the last tag for today, I may use it in the Wrapped Up theme as I have used a ribbon from pressies and wrapped it around the tag also the lady in the picture is wrapped or should I say swathed in fabric, and the ribbon is from a gift box that had it wrapped it around. The paper is a scrap piece from my stash as are the little flowers.
I do have one more card I want to share, I wasnt going to show it as it needs to be sent and recieved but I think that may well be some time what with all this snow! So finally here is the last of this weeks makes.
I have pretty much used all the same things from my stash as I have already mentioned, the quote is from a blog that I cant remember right now, will have to show it to you all another day as it is so fab and has all these fabulous qoutes to print off.
So there we go this weeks makes all finally up on my blog!!!! I have already started on some more makes, which is unusal for me as the old mojo is still returning.
Anyway all thanks for popping by its lovely to read your comments! Take care in this wintery weather where ever you are!!
