What a lovely week

The weather has been gorgeous and I have been spending time with my Kids and Guinea pigs. So not much time for crafting although I have managed to get some ATC's completed and in the post finally.

I think I will be doing a few atc's over the weekend, not sure what kind yet but I am just getting into the swing of things on the docrafts forum so will be hopefully making some more to add to swaps.

The pictures above are from the favourite stamp swap (atc) and the card and atc I made for a fellow docrafter she also has a gorgeous guinea pig!.

A productive Day

Well I am feeling rather poorly at the minute, as my craft stash is in the bedroom I have been sat resting at the table making a birthday card for a little girl who will be 4 next weekend.

For the card I have used a tilda image, Backing papers from my stash, I cant actually remember where they are from but they are my favourite. The button is from my doocrafts goody bag so is the blue card strip. I have coloured with promarkers and glitter pens and everything else is from my stash.

The Atc is made with left overs of the card, the flowers are from the same goody bag as the button from the card.

I feel happy that I have managed to do this card with out getting cross about it not going right, I think being ill has just slowed me down a little.

Evening of ATC making

Yesterday evening whilst watching Holby city (which I never usually watch) and CSI (which I am going to give up watching) I decided to have a go at making some ATC's. I managed to make 6 altogether, 4 hopefully for a Daisy and Dandelion swap and 2 for a Summer/Holiday swap.

I used the dasiy and dandelion freebie stickers that were on a previous creativty mag, and some backing paper from the docrafts goody bag. Ribbon etc is from my stash.

The holiday Atc's were made with some bits and bobs from my stash.

I still have to pop up a card and atc that I have made but until the reach their destination they cannot go up. Unfortunely I couldnt get them in the post today as the post office was closed due to Health and Safety issues, what they were I have no idea. Hopefully I will be able to get them in the post tomorrow.

Bit Of a Nightmare week

Well last week my computer was hacked, it would appear they had some of my passwords one of which was to my ebay account, the cheek!!!! Thankfully ebay managed to sort it all but then I found other things that had been fiddled with, grrrrrrr. Then yesterday I managed to get got by the speed camera. I was all flustered by a police car that came whizzing up behind me arrrgghh!!! So from last week to this week things have been a bit of a nightmare!

Whilst away over the weekend we went to Drago Mills a sort of discount superstore in Devon, I hate the place but as it was raining it seemed like a good idea, a good idea that about 6 thousand other people thought of lol. Had a good scout around and then found the craft department, much to my hubbys disapointment lol. I picked up some forever friends goodies and a xcut kit also the doocrafts goody bag all for a lot cheaper than anywhere else. There was so much I could have bought but decided I had to put back because the basket was getting rather full.

So with a bad few days there has been a sort of good day in between. I have managed to make a card and atc will post them up soon.

Oh and whilst I am here there are some fabulous papers over at Allissa Designs Cabin this lovely lady has started offering a freebie each friday and last fridays papers are gorgeous!!!!!!! There is a little button in my side bar that will take you straight to her blog, you have to check her blog out the cards she makes are gorgeous too!
